Hadley and Heather invite you to pour a cup of tea (or glass of wine) and talk honestly about the good, the bad, and the unexpected. We laugh a lot, cry occasionally, and do a lot of emphatic nodding. We’re therapists by day, but are here as peer support - we’ve both had our own struggles with perinatal mental health, and are supporting you from the other side.
We’ll be talking about self-care, and trying to decipher what it is and how to do some of it. The early days of motherhood can be isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming, so leave your hair unbrushed, your laundry unfolded, and come hang out with a community of similarly disheveled mothers. As always, the conversation will go where it needs to go, so feel free to show up and talk about whatever you need to.
