Cultivate stability, ease, and community in this prenatal yoga class designed for all stages of pregnancy. Prepare for birth and beyond through physical poses, breathing exercises, meditation, and connection. This class will help you make space for baby, build strength, invite playfulness, ground your power, and expand your magic.

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and pillow to get comfortable. We have a few yoga mats in case you forget.

If you need to cancel, please do so AT LEAST 2 hours before the class by calling (706) 549-8900. If you miss class and do not cancel, before this window, you forfeit any money back. This is so we can give your spot to someone on the waiting list. Thank you!

All participants must sign a waiver.

About Angela

Pregnancy is such a miraculous time in a person's life. Angela is honored and happy to be able to share the practice of prenatal yoga to help cultivate spaciousness and stability not only in the body, but also in the mind and heart.

Angela is an RYT-500 and certified in Ma Prenatal & Mom Yoga. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes through her experience as a labor and delivery nurse, doula, perinatal educator, and mother of three. When she's not practicing or studying yoga, Angela enjoys being with her family, dancing, and exploring nature.
