We're so thrilled to offer this unique yoga class for prenatal and postpartum parents and their babies.
Yoga assists with creating spaciousness and strength in your body, mind, and spirit. This class will introduce physical poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness practices that include your baby within the womb and beyond. Learn what's it's like to have a baby before you have one, or come with your older child. Interruptions, breaks, and baby mayhem are welcome. Come as you are. All ages welcome as long as your babies or toddlers can stay on your mat or not poke other baby's eyeballs, because we know how magnetic they can be!
