We offer a variety of classes aimed at equipping you with the tools you need right where you are! Our classes include Music with Natalie, Pre-natal Yoga, Mama Baby Yoga, Birth, Pregnancy & Newborn Life as well as Parenting Classes.

Our Breastfeeding Support groups, New Mamas groups & Maternal Mental Health groups meet weekly to encourage & help one another. We also have many other community-minded groups such as storytime & playgroups.
