How are US orders shipped?Â
All items are shipped via the USPS.
Domestic orders are shipped using Priority Mail services and usually arrive in 2-3 business days once the package hits the mail. We aim to get orders packed and out the door within 2-5 business days (made-to-order pieces usually take 2-3 weeks to ship). A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.

Unfortunately not at this time.

What do I do about a missing package?Â
The best course of action when a package is missing or mis-delivered is to reach out to your postal worker. Occasionally packages are marked as “delivered” prematurely, or were placed at a different location (the side door, etc). If your Post Office isn’t providing much help, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do!
