Second Tuesday of Every Month, 8-9 pm
Does it ever feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders. Join us for Motherload, and let that load gracefully fall by the wayside. When we gather to nurture one another, we have found the motherlode.
FREE - Meeting via ZOOM
Hadley invites you to pour a cup of tea, or glass of wine, and talk honestly about the good, the bad, and the unexpected. We laugh a lot, cry occasionally, and do a lot of emphatic nodding. She's a therapist by day, but is here as peer support - having had her own struggles with perinatal mental health, and is supporting you from the other side.
We’ll be talking about self-care, and trying to decipher what it is and how to do some of it.
Motherhood can be isolating, exhausting, and overwhelming, so leave your hair unbrushed, your laundry unfolded, and come hang out with a community of similarly disheveled mothers. As always, the conversation will go where it needs to go, so feel free to show up and talk about whatever you need to.
Our group has a strict no judgment policy, so come as you are - sleep deprived, nursing, wearing the same clothes since Saturday (hi, it’s me) - we see you mamas!
Lovingly facilitated by therapist Hadley Standring LCSW
