**July's meeting will move to 7/29**

Please gather in a supportive space for parents and caregivers whose children may be struggling with their own mental well-being. This could mean a variety of different things to different people, however it may include tweens and teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar, OCD, self-harm or suicidal ideation. 

It can be scary and stressful to parent a child in crisis. Come to listen, share stories or resources and know that you are not alone in this experience.
