I work with people who are struggling with trauma symptoms (nightmares, dissociation, flashbacks), anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or who just feel bad and can’t figure out why. Whether these are due to terrible events that have shaped you, negative beliefs about yourself, or experiences in relationships that feel hard to let go of, my hope is that we can find you some relief.
I primarily use EMDR, a gold-standard treatment for PTSD that feels very different from talk therapy. EMDR can help heal wounds from the past as well as envision a future you that you are proud of. I also incorporate body-based practices, mindfulness, psychoeducation, parts work, and teaching coping skills.
I am often told that I have a calming presence. When I’m sitting across from someone, I am in awe of their complexity, strength, ability to be vulnerable, and the simple power of feeling totally present with each other.

I see therapy as a collaborative, creative process. I’m here to help you find stability, peace, self-understanding, and meaning amongst the chaos of life. I hope to help you identify and shift patterns that keep you feeling stuck, learn skills for dealing with daily stresses, move forward from traumatic experiences, and cultivate joy.
