Ellayah Persons looks forward to helping you be your best self. Currently, she is pursuing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at LaGrange College. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Alabama. Through coursework and training, she has gained knowledge of mindfulness techniques, coping strategies, and ways to assist you through perinatal stressors.

Ellayah believes we all need a little help figuring it out sometimes and her goal is to help you continue putting one foot in front of the other. She is passionate about creating a safe space for those on their journey to adulthood and those who have been “adulting” for a while. She likes to focus on producing effective thoughts and beliefs and she hopes to help you find ways to manage stress, trauma, self-identity, and feelings associated with body image. She's confident that by building a trusting therapeutic relationship, you can create tools that help you become more attuned to life’s experiences. Ellayah is currently under supervision of Keisha Reaves and Latrenda Washington.
