As rewarding as it is, parenting can be tough on personal mental health and relationships! I love supporting parents and caregivers in developing and maintaining strong relationships with their children and each other from pregnancy through adolescence. I take a collaborative approach to therapy that focuses on replacing self-judgment with curiosity and self-love.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Alabama. Through coursework and training, she has gained knowledge of mindfulness techniques, coping strategies, and ways to assist you through perinatal stressors.
Although originally from South Dakota, I graduated from Colorado State University with a Master's degree in Social Work. I have been practicing in the Athens area since 2011. After 12 years of working at UGA, it was time to use my experience within the Athens community.
During my career, I have worked with individuals with cognitive and developmental disabilities, with traumatic brain injuries, problematic substance use, survivors of intimate partner violence, and survivors of trauma.Â
